To ensure fairness and transparency in our community recognition program, please review the following rules and guidelines for the CICAwards™ Edition 2025.
No single member can receive more than one award in this edition of CICAwards™.
Each award category can only be given to one member. Awards are not shared.
Awards selected through community polls and Admin team selection.
Any attempts to manipulate voting will result in disqualification.
Nominees must be in good standing with community guidelines.
Members must be active for at least 60 days to be eligible.

Each award category can only be given to one member. Awards are not shared between multiple recipients to maintain the special recognition value of each category and ensure that every award winner receives exclusive recognition.
Awards will be selected through two methods: some by community member polls and others by Admin team selection based on contributions and impact within the community. The selection method for each category will be clearly communicated.
Any attempts to manipulate voting or influence the selection process unfairly will result in immediate disqualification from award consideration. This includes but is not limited to vote manipulation, fake accounts, or any form of cheating.
All nominees must be in good standing with the community guidelines and have no recent violations of community rules to be eligible for awards. Members with disciplinary actions within the last 90 days will not be considered.
To be eligible for awards, members must have been active participants in the WhatsApp community for at least 60 days prior to the award nominations. Activity is measured by regular participation and positive engagement.
Selected award categories will be decided through community polls where all active members can cast their votes.
Certain awards will be chosen by the Admin team based on consistent contributions and positive impact.
The CICAwards™ are designed to celebrate and recognize our community members in a spirit of fun and appreciation. While we strive for fairness in our selection process, the final decisions rest with the community voters and Admin team.
All decisions are final, and the Admin team reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary to ensure the integrity of the awards process. The primary goal is to foster a positive and encouraging community environment.
